Download Revenue Guard

Your beta operator will provide the plugin download.

From purchase to protected

  1. Download Revenue Guard

    Save the plugin ZIP using the download button above or the download provided with your purchase.

  2. Install the plugin

    In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin. Choose the ZIP and click Install Now.

  3. Activate it in WordPress

    Click Activate Plugin. Revenue Guard will appear in your WordPress admin menu.

  4. Open Revenue Guard → Connection

    The connection screen guides you through setup.

  5. Paste your license key

    Use the Revenue Guard license key from your Freemius purchase information.

  6. Accept monitoring consent

    Review the privacy information and authorize operational monitoring for this website.

  7. Click Connect

    Select “Connect Revenue Guard”. Keep this page open while the connection is confirmed.

  8. Confirm “Protected”

    Check that Connection is Connected and Monitoring is Active. Review any scheduling notices.

  9. Send a test event

    Select “Send test event” and wait for “Test successful — Revenue Guard can communicate with the monitoring service.” A queued test is still waiting for confirmation.

A successful test confirms communication with Revenue Guard. It does not confirm email inbox delivery, checkout configuration or the health of external integrations.

Where is my license key?

Your license key appears in the purchase information or purchase email provided by Freemius. Check the email account used for your purchase, including its spam folder. Keep the key private and paste it only into the Revenue Guard connection form.

A little help getting connected

Invalid license

Copy the full Revenue Guard license key from your Freemius purchase information. Remove accidental spaces and check that the purchase is for Revenue Guard.

Site limit reached

All the websites included in your plan are already connected. Disconnect another website or choose a plan with more sites before trying again. Reconnecting the same website does not use another place.

Entitlement inactive

Your subscription may need renewal. Once it is active again, open the original WordPress site and select Reconnect with the same license key. Queued events are preserved. Do not reset the site to fix a subscription pause.

Connection temporarily unavailable

Check your internet connection and try again shortly. A temporary service problem is different from a subscription issue. Your queued events are preserved; Advanced diagnostics can help your beta operator investigate.

Monitoring with privacy in mind

Revenue Guard sends operational monitoring events to the Revenue Guard service. It is designed to avoid sending customer names, email addresses, form contents, payment details, or other unnecessary personal data.
